The Sunflower identification code is a unique feature of Sunflower and is used by the controller to control the unit. The sunflower identification code is a nine-digit random code automatically assigned by the system and can be copied manually. How do I initiate remote assistance with the Sunflower identifier?

1. To initiate remote assistance through sunflower identification code, simply enter the identification code of the controlled host in "Remote Assistance" and click "Remote Assistance" to apply for remote desktop, as shown in Figure 1.

2. Click "Send Request" directly, and the remote control operation can only be started if the controlling party chooses to accept it. Or enter the verification code to automatically connect successfully and start the remote assistance operation, as shown in Figure 2.
